Head of Compliance and Organization Management

Responsibilities
  • To monitor legal and regulatory development and formulate appropriate compliance plan for company
  • To prepare guidelines and policies according to legal and regulatory framework
  • To provide training to internal staff to maintain high awareness of compliance matters
  • To ensure the company is in compliance with other internal corporate guidelines related to organization management

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above; holder of relevant professional qualifications Minimum 15 years relevant working experience in legal and compliance, preferably in general insurance industry
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Excellent organization and communication skills


Underwriting Manager

Responsibilities
  • To assess and review underwriting risks of general insurance products
  • To manage and administer underwriting policy of the company
  • To provide services to producers, reinsurers and external parties
  • To prepare statistics and reports for management and regulatory purposes

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above; holder or progress in relevant professional qualification e.g. ANZIIF/ACII preferred
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good organization and communication skills


Senior Underwriting Officer

Responsibilities
  • To assess and review underwriting risks of general insurance products
  • To administer underwriting policy of the company
  • To provide services to producers, reinsurers and external parties
  • To prepare statistics and reports for management and regulatory purposes

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above; holder or progress in relevant professional qualification e.g. ANZIIF/ACII preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Underwriting Officer      


Clerk

Responsibilities
  • To provide clerical and administrative support to department

Requirements
  • Form 6 graduate or above, preferably with relevant experience
  • Basic written / spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Responsible, hardworking and good interpersonal skills
